INDICATIVE READINESS

Where would a transformation programme meet resistance in your organisation?

Five judgements and a delivery window. The result is indicative — a starting point for a conversation, not an assessment of your organisation.

Technology maturity3 / 5

How current and well-governed is your core platform estate?

Modernised in parts, drift in others

Automation coverage2 / 5

How much of your repetitive operational work is automated today?

Isolated scripts and personal workarounds

Process clarity3 / 5

How clearly are your end-to-end processes defined and owned?

Defined but inconsistently followed

Internal capability3 / 5

Can your existing teams operate and extend these platforms unaided?

Can extend with support on complex work

Talent availability2 / 5

How easily can you resource the specialist roles your roadmap needs?

Hard to fill, high attrition

When do you need to move?
INDICATIVE READINESS

Developing

Enough is in place to build on, but delivery is likely to be constrained by capability and by processes that are not yet consistently owned.

SUGGESTED ENGAGEMENT MODEL

Fixed-scope programme

With a defined window, a short discovery engagement will settle scope and sequencing before delivery starts, which is where most slippage is avoided.

This output is indicative only. It reflects the five judgements above and a simple weighted average — it is not a validated assessment of your organisation.

ONE PARTNER

One partner across technology, talent and transformation

Eleven offerings, each written as a complete proposition — the problem it solves, what you receive, the technology involved and the way in. Choose one to see the whole picture.

Offerings

01 / CORE PLATFORMS

Enterprise Technology Solutions

Core systems were built for a business that has since changed. Integrations are brittle, ownership is unclear, and every new requirement lands as another exception.

Enterprise Technology Solutions

We assess the estate as it actually runs, design a target architecture your teams can operate, and deliver the change in slices that keep the business live throughout.

  • Fewer manual handoffs between core systems
  • A platform your teams can extend without external help
  • Change delivered without freezing the business
02 / APPLIED AI

Artificial Intelligence & Automation

Pilots prove the technology works but never reach production. The gap is rarely the model — it is data access, process ownership, governance and the operating discipline to run it.

Artificial Intelligence & Automation

We start from a process worth automating, not a technology looking for a use case. We prove value on a real workload, then build the controls that let it run in production.

  • Automation that survives contact with production
  • Clear ownership for every automated decision
  • A backlog your teams can keep working through
03 / PLATFORM SPECIALISM

ServiceNow Services

The platform is in place but the value is not. Customisation has drifted from the product roadmap, adoption stalls outside IT, and every upgrade becomes a project of its own.

ServiceNow Services

We work to the platform, not around it — remediating drift, extending into the workflows that matter to the business, and leaving a team able to run it.

  • Upgrades that stop being a project
  • Workflow adoption beyond the IT function
  • In-house capability to own the platform
04 / FOUNDATIONS

Cloud & Infrastructure

Migration finished but the benefits did not arrive. Spend rose, environments multiplied, and the operating model never moved with the infrastructure.

Cloud & Infrastructure

We treat cloud as an operating model rather than a destination — landing zones, automated provisioning, cost accountability and the platform practices to sustain them.

  • Environments provisioned in hours rather than weeks
  • Spend attributable to the teams that create it
  • A platform that scales without more headcount
05 / CONNECTED OPERATIONS

Data & Intelligent Workflows

Work crosses six systems and no one owns the whole path. Status lives in inboxes, reporting is reconstructed by hand, and the same exception is resolved differently every time.

Data & Intelligent Workflows

We map the work end to end, connect the systems it already touches, and instrument it so performance is visible while the process runs — not a month later.

  • One accountable path across system boundaries
  • Reporting that comes from the process itself
  • Exceptions handled consistently, not heroically
06 / DIRECTION

Technology Consulting

There is no shortage of options — there is a shortage of agreement. Investment cases compete, sequencing is contested, and decisions wait for a view everyone trusts.

Technology Consulting

Short, evidence-led engagements that produce a decision rather than a deck: what to do, in what order, what it costs and who owns it.

  • A sequenced plan the executive team has signed
  • Investment defended with evidence, not conviction
  • Delivery that starts with scope already settled

Deliverables

07 / RUN AND IMPROVE

Managed Services

Running the platform consumes the team that is supposed to improve it. Support is reactive, knowledge sits with individuals, and improvement work never reaches the top of the queue.

Managed Services

We take defined operational ownership against agreed service levels, stabilise first, then convert recovered capacity into a standing improvement backlog.

  • Predictable service against agreed levels
  • Knowledge held by the service, not by individuals
  • Improvement that happens without a business case each time
08 / SPECIALIST CAPACITY

Staff Augmentation

The roadmap is approved and the specialists are not available. Open roles stay open, delivery dates slip, and the team absorbs work it was never sized for.

Staff Augmentation

We place assessed specialists into your teams, under your delivery governance, with the ramp-up already done — and we stay accountable for their performance.

  • Roles filled to a defined capability bar
  • Delivery capacity that flexes with the roadmap
  • Ramp-up measured in days, not quarters
09 / FLEXIBLE RESOURCING

Time & Material Deployment

Scope is genuinely uncertain. A fixed price would be priced for risk you would rather not pay for, and a fixed team would be wrong within a month.

Time & Material Deployment

Resources deployed against agreed rates and reviewed on a defined cadence — you scale the mix as the work reveals itself, with governance that keeps it honest.

  • Capacity that follows the work
  • Cost visible at the level it is incurred
  • No renegotiation every time scope moves
10 / BUILT-TO-ORDER TEAMS

Hire-Train-Deploy

The skills you need are scarce, expensive and being hired by everyone at once — and the people you do find still take months to become productive on your stack.

Hire-Train-Deploy

We source against your requirement, train to your stack and standards through VyntraVerse, and deploy people who have already worked on the environment they are joining.

  • A pipeline for roles the market cannot fill
  • People productive on your stack from the start
  • Capability that compounds rather than churns
11 / VYNTRAVERSE BY VYNTRAPRO

Learning & Capability Development

Platforms are adopted faster than the capability to run them. Training is generic, completion is mistaken for readiness, and the gap shows up in delivery.

Learning & Capability Development

VyntraVerse, VyntraPro's learning and talent-development division, builds capability against the work itself — assessed first, practised on real environments, verified before deployment.

  • Readiness measured, not assumed
  • Learning aligned to the roadmap it supports
  • Internal teams able to hold the platform themselves
THE CONDITIONS

Strategy is rarely the bottleneck. Execution is.

Most enterprise programmes do not stall on the plan. They stall on the gap between the plan and the people, platforms and operating discipline available to deliver it.

QUESTIONS

The things people ask before the first call

What does VyntraPro actually do?

VyntraPro is an enterprise technology and talent partner. We deliver platform implementation, intelligent automation, cloud and infrastructure work, managed services and consulting — and we resource that work through staff augmentation, time and material deployment and hire-train-deploy programmes. The combination is the point: most delays come from the gap between a plan and the people available to execute it.

How does VyntraVerse relate to VyntraPro?

VyntraVerse is VyntraPro's learning and talent-development division. It runs assessment, training, hands-on labs, custom cohorts and university collaboration, and it is the capability engine behind our hire-train-deploy service. VyntraPro is the company; VyntraVerse is one part of it.

What engagement models do you work under?

Fixed-scope programmes, managed services, staff augmentation, time and material deployment, and hire-train-deploy cohorts. Most enterprise relationships end up combining two or three — for example a fixed-scope implementation followed by a managed service, with augmentation covering peaks in between.

Which platforms do you work across?

ServiceNow, UiPath, Automation Anywhere and Power Automate are where we go deepest, alongside cloud, integration and data engineering. VyntraVerse builds capability on the same platforms, so training and delivery stay aligned rather than drifting apart.

Can we start with something small?

Yes, and we usually recommend it. A discovery sprint, a single automation pilot on a real process, or one specialist placement gives both sides evidence before anyone commits to a programme.

Will we be able to run this ourselves afterwards?

That is the intent. Enablement is part of delivery rather than a phase at the end — runbooks, documentation and structured development through VyntraVerse — so your teams can hold what we build. Where you would rather not, our managed services take defined operational ownership instead.
